Privacy policy
Last updated: 2026-07-31 · Applies to this website and the contact form.
Data controller
For data collected through this site, the controller under GDPR (EU) 2016/679 is Aleksander Keremidarov, reachable at alexander.krist@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Contact form: name, email and message text that you send voluntarily.
- Technical data: standard server logs (e.g. IP, user agent, request time) if the host records them — per provider settings.
- AI assistant: your questions and replies are sent to an AI provider (OpenAI) to generate answers based on public information on this site; we do not use them to train models on our side, per the provider’s settings.
Purpose and legal basis
Form data is processed to answer your request (legitimate interest / pre-contractual measures under Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). No automated profiling; data is not sold to third parties.
Retention
Messages are kept only as long as needed for the conversation and possible proof of correspondence (usually a few months, unless law requires longer).
Sharing
Email may pass through the hosting provider and (if configured) an SMTP service — only for delivery.
Cookies and analytics
The site may use functional preferences (e.g. theme) in the browser. If web analytics (e.g. Plausible) is enabled, it is configured for minimal data; check the provider’s domain settings.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability where applicable, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Bulgaria: CPDP).
